TASK ORDER INSTRUCTIONS
All DoD customers are required to sign a task order agreement for selection of their reverse distributor contractor. In the event a customer decides to change contractors, a new task order will be completed and signed. An open period for changing contractors will be held before each option period running from August 1 through September 20 of each respective year. Complete block 14 (address with DoDaac), (include phone number), block 19 (Explanation of your selection), and blocks 27b through 27g (signature, date, and contact information).
